Abstract Submission Deadline: Purim, 21/March/2018

The organizers are pleased to announce a call for abstracts for student posters and oral presentations.

Student presenters will be required to prepare the following:

  1. A poster summarizing their research. Posters will be displayed adjacent to the lecture hall during the Poster Session on Sunday, 6 May, 2019.

  2. An oral presentation which will be given during the Graduate Student Colloquium on Tuesday, 7 May, 2019. The presenter will be allocated a total of 20 minutes. Recommended format for the presentation:

    • Overview of your research group - members, research interests and projects.
    • Describe the “big picture” you are personally researching - the field and its main challenges.
    • Describe your own project: what is the problem you’re working on, what experiments/methods/algorithms etc are you using, what are the resultsץ
    • Future plans and time for discussion

All submitted abstracts will be reviewed for acceptance based on their scientific merit. The authors will be informed during April 2019 whether their abstracts have been accepted.
